Provides low-cost (and in hardship cases free) spay/neuter surgeries for qualified rescue groups and individuals they sponsor. They deal primarily with cats as their facility is small and there are far more stray cats and feral cats than dogs, although dogs from shelters and rescues can be accommodated. Since its beginning, PETS Ltd. has performed more than 13,000 surgeries, preventing the birth of over 50,000 unwanted animals.
